When ordering via our website, we offer the choice of delivery or collection on all orders.
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day using a next day courier (large items with APC Overnight Monday to Friday only and smaller items with Hermes). Orders before 1pm are usually dispatched same working day.
Any orders under the value of £50 are charged a £3.99 postage fee, orders over £50 are eligible for free delivery.
Optional Saturday delivery available for any order made on Friday, select at checkout.
Wherever possible, we will aim to send you your tracking details after dispatch.
We can accept collection from us direct in Baxenden, Lancashire. If you wish to do so please get in touch to arrange a suitable time.

Returns
We try our best to make sure your order is securely packaged but if you do have an concerns on receiving your order please email info@www.radaquatics.co.uk within 24hrs.
Our returns policy lasts 14 days in which you can request a refund or exchange, anything after the 14 day period unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To request a refund please contact us at info@www.radaquatics.co.uk . Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging, with the original order number and return reference number clearly visible. Items are returned at the buyers cost as postage is not refundable.
Once items are received back and examined a refund less any postage charged originally will be processed as soon as possible back to your original payment method.
