Calcium, magnesium, strontium and carbonate are the basic foundation elements of coral skeletons.
All of these elements need to be available in balanced proportions for coral health and growth.

Red Sea’s  KH/ALKALINITY  is a complex of carbonate and other buffers present in seawater that maintain proper alkalinity and pH, and is part of Red Sea’s complete Reef Care program.

The blend of carbonate, stronium, magnesium and calcium is found naturally in the sea and are essential for the formation of reefs. Balanced elevated levels of the foundation elements will result in accelerated coral growth rates, so it’s essential to monitor the levels and restore them accordingly.

Reef Foundation B is a complex of carbonate and other buffers present in sea water that maintain proper Alkalinity and PH, and is part of the RedSea’s complete reef care program.

This liquid supplement is recommended for aquariums up to 500 litres (125 gallons) and includes full instructions regarding frequency and dosage amounts.

Liquid supplement: 1ml will raise the alkalinity of 100 litres (25gal) by 0.036 meq/l (0.1dKH)
